Our Process
Ardour specializes in customized events, with projects planned on an individual basis from the outset; pre-event organization, design and creativity.
Listening intently to our client’s needs is key to a productive outcome and to set up the calendar moving forward.
Anywhere from petite parties to large extravagant celebrations, we’ll cover the client’s vision. We have worked with budgets ranging from $20-100K. Depending on how minimal or over the top your vision is, we are perfectly attuned and will commit to much larger projects and allocations, even past the million dollar mark.
A specialized team of producers begins coordinating and managing the event by contacting appropriate vendors and curating wants and needs.
Ardour planners will visit the venue and pore over it for a smooth operation on the day of the event.
Do you need an ushering service? What flowers will you choose? A photographer maybe? Is there a cake, whether large or small, involved in all of this? How about food and drink catering?
Decoration concept design comes alive with the final arrangement.
Also known as run of show, this is the go-to-option for fancier parties and corporate events whose end result needs to be just perfect.
Also known as Day of the Event Logistics, this requires a totally different team in place, overseen by team leaders or fixers. We provide what’s needed and make all necessary arrangements to make sure your event runs smoothly.
